These terms apply to your use of this website and to any complimentary discovery call you book through it. Legacy Creators is the trading name of Arthur de Paula Filiberto, a sole trader registered in Australia under ABN 42 627 319 380.

The discovery call offered through this website is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is intended as an initial discussion of your business challenges and whether our services may be a fit. Booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not commit either party to any engagement.

2. Free AEO visibility audit

The free AEO visibility audit is provided as a general, good-faith indication of how a business currently appears in AI-generated answers. Answer engines are non-deterministic: their outputs vary between users, locations and points in time. An audit reflects what we observed when we ran it and should not be treated as a definitive or permanent measurement.

3. No professional advice

All content on this website, and anything discussed on a discovery call, is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account. You should obtain your own independent professional advice before acting on anything you read or hear from us.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes from search engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation depend on factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented, market and competitive conditions, the actions taken by the client, and changes made by search engines and AI providers to their own systems and ranking methods.

In particular, no provider can guarantee that a specific AI assistant will mention or cite a specific business, or that any position in search results will be achieved or maintained.
